Europlasma is pioneer in the first roll-to-roll plasma machine and the first industrial nano-coating machine. Its patented nano-coating technology platform Nanofics® allowing OEM ‘s and manufacturers to apply liquid-repellent or other functional ultra-thin coatings on complex three dimensional shapes as well as textile rolls.

The Nanofics® technology is increasingly applied on an industrial projects for protective coatings of electronic devices (such as mobile phones, tablets, Bluetooth speakers, headphones and other wearables) and electronic components (next to entire consumer products also individual components or PCB ‘s are treated), and for functionalization of filtration media and medical plastics.

Europlasma also launched the PlasmaGuard® nano-coating solutions. The formed ultra-thin coating adds permanent water repellent (hydrophobic) and oil repellent (oleophobic) properties to the coated surface without changing colour or affecting the performance of the device. This PECVD is 100% halogen-free conformal coating. PlasmaGuard coatings come in two varieties, PlasmaGuard S as a highly hydrophobic top coating and PlasmaGuard E as a barrier coating for electronics.
