Congratulations to Professors Arnan Mitchell, Bill Corcoran and David Moss at RMIT, Monash and Swinburne University of Technology for demonstrating a world record internet speed over a single mode optical fibre, using the “micro-comb” optical chip. The finding is recently published in the journal Nature Communications: “Ultra-dense optical data transmission over standard fibre with a single chip source” https://lnkd.in/df6nZdA
