Hanbell PD series Dry Screw Vacuum Pump is using one pair of rotors which mutually engaging and with slight clearance between the rotors and inside casing. It makes no lubricating oil is required when it is running and no pollution from the leakage of oil and gas as well. Through patented rotor profiles with good sealing effects, the ultimate pressure can reach to 7.5 x 10-3 Torr (If combining with booster pump, it can reach 7.5 x 10-4 Torr). Dry screw vacuum pump has advantage on shorter gas path to reduce the contamination of process gas than other types of pumps. In addition, the rotors can be coated with suitable materials according to different applications, so it is able to operate in harsh process

 Well control the pump temperature
With continuing improving the rotor design, and the cooling solution of casing by indirect cooling system to reduce the casing temperature, it allows user to well control the pump temperature inside and reduce the sediment occurred, and therefore, the pump life time is increased

Water cooling canned motor provides higher safety standard
Patented water cooling canned motor provides the dry screw pump an excellent sealing effects. It can last longer motor life time by keeping lower running temperature and also avoid the process gas leaking to outside

Microprocessor controller can protect pump from abnormal situation
Dry screw vacuum pump with microprocessor controller can monitor the motor current, casing temperature, cooling water flow, N2 gas flow, oil level in gear box, and etc. It provides entire safety protection to the pump
